1.3 “Energy Data” includes all information related to energy consumption, demand, cost, and usage patterns, including but not limited to:

1.4 “Platform” refers to any digital interface, software, or technology solution provided by Onix Energy for the purpose of service delivery, data visualization, or client interaction.
